Recently acquired a 'New to us' used boat from the Boat Warehouse. Delivery was handled exceptionally well, the boat was clean and mechanically awesome and all of my documentation was taken care of in advance - exactly how I was promised it would be. I live in between their locations and took delivery from the Kingston store - on a quick follow up call the Georgian Bay store knew all about my purchase and treated me like I'd bought it from them directly. Talk about making a guy feel like part of the family! Great service!!! Thanks

Good price and that's where it stopped. Bought the boat online. Very tardy in forwarding documentation which was incomplete, multiple calls required and every interaction ended with an apology and took multiple days. Got stranded on first voyage and needed to be towed in. Shoddy installation of fuel line and it happened to another customer in a similar manner - but no action taken to correct or communicate. Poor knowledge of interprovincial PST/ HST rules. Damage to cushions from storage, excessive dirt on possession. Tachometer didn't work. Seems like with just a little attention to detail things could have been better. Promised refund 3 weeks ago on PST and still has not arrived. (It has now arrived - 4 weeks). Repair bill to local dealer remains unpaid however. Contacted manager and he did not respond - sent query to salesperson.
